Shipping & Handling

Most orders are processed within 1-2 business days*. Once orders are processed they are shipped via USPS Priority Mail and you should receive your shipment in about 1-3 days. Once an order ships, we are unable to control how it is handled by the carrier. Should your order arrive damaged, please contact us immediately so that we can do our best to resolve the issue. 

Please verify your shipping address is correct at checkout before submitting your order. We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly submitted addresses.

*Any item from our bag collection is a custom order and is a final sale. These orders take up to two weeks to receive.

*The Charlotte fur coat, Amalie fur vest and Ashton fur scarf are custom orders and will take up to two weeks to receive. Fur items can be returned or exchanged at no cost.

 


Returns & Exchanges

At PATTEN we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase and we want the shopping experience to be easy. If you would like to return or exchange your item for any reason, you may return the product AT NO COST within 30 days – in its original condition with all original packaging and tags – for a full refund/exchange. To initiate a return/ exchange, please email hello@pattenplace.com and let us know what you plan to return along with the reason and then we will provide instructions and a return label. Once the item(s) is received and inspected to ensure no damage, you will receive an email from the PATTEN team.

We strive for perfection but every once in a blue (well, green in our case) moon, a product may fall short or have a defect. In that case, we will replace the product at no cost to you. Please email us at hello@pattenplace.com should this occur.


Order Cancellation

You are able to cancel your order for a full refund if done within 24 hours of purchase and as long as the order has not been processed and shipped. Simply email us at hello@pattenplace.com with your order number. 


Stolen Packages

Currently we ship all items via the USPS and are not responsible if any item is delivered and stolen from you home, mailbox, or front porch. If theft is a concern, please talk with your local USPS to discuss options such as a pick up.
