Shoe Cover Size Chart and Tips
SIZING
We want your Patten experience to be exceptional so please review the below shoe cover size chart and tips that will assist you in selecting your size. The better the fit, the more effective the covers are. Purchasing the correct size will ensure the most comfortable fit.
Tip No.1
When selecting your Patten size, use your US women’s shoe size as a guide. For example, if you wear a size 7, you should order a small. Refer to our shoe cover size chart to ensure your best fit.
*Sizing is based on U.S. women’s shoe sizes. There may be some variation with Italian/EU/UK sizing. For best fit, please refer to the length chart below.
Tip No.2
Please also consider the length of your shoes. Select a few of your most fabulous pairs and measure their length. Then, compare their measurement to the chart here to ensure best fit. If you primarily wear pointed toe shoes, then it might make sense to size up.
Tip NO.3
Pattens are designed for most high heels 2.5 - 4.5 inches high. Measure your heels to ensure they’ll fit snuggly in the shoe cover.

The Patten’s wedge design is actually hollow ~ or as we say a faux heel design ~ which means several heel styles will fit inside. This includes pumps, stilettos, block heels, wedges, booties and even tall boots. One shoe cover for all your favorite pairs of heels.
