If I send my package as a gift, will the recipient receive the invoice?

Your gift will not have the price detailed on the invoice. If you wish to see the price, you can log into your account and review your order history. 

What's the status of my order? How do I know when it has shipped? How do I track my order?

When your order has been shipped, we will send you an email with your tracking number and a link to it so that you may track it online. 

Do you ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses?

Unfortunately, at this time, we cannot ship to PO Boxes or APO/FPO addresses.

What if my product is defective or breaks?

Patten Place will repair or replace (at our discretion) defective products within 1 year from the date of purchase to the original purchaser. Patten disclaims any responsibility for incidental or consequential damage. Specifically excluded is any damage caused by wear and tear, misuse, transport damage or accidents.
