Pattens are conveniently sized small, medium and large. Patten sizing is based upon U.S. women’s shoe sizing. If you wear a shoe sized 6.5 - 7.5, please order a SMALL. For those who wear a shoe sized 8 - 9, please order a MEDIUM. And, for those who wear a shoe sized 9.5 - 10.5, please order a LARGE. See our Sizing page for more information.

Our patented design was created specifically for high heels 2.5 - 4.5 inches high. Pattens are not designed to be worn over flats or bare feet.

Orders are usually shipped out within 1-2 business days. You should receive your order delivered via UPS within 3-5 business days after being processed in the US and 5-10 business days from FedEx International for international orders. Please note that shipping times may be delayed. Please refer to your tracking number for the most up-to-date information. Easy! Simply rinse Pattens and/or carry bag with water and soap, if needed, and allow to air dry. To shine or remove water spots, use a microfiber cloth.

Pattens will fit over most heels 2.5 - 4.5 inches high. Every shoe is a little different. While some shoes will slide right in, others may require a little effort. Don’t give up too quickly and keep in mind your Pattens are very durable so you won’t hurt them! Here’s a few tips that will help.

1. Sit down. Always sit down when you are putting Pattens on over your heels as it can be a tricky balancing act.

2. If you are having difficulty getting your shoe into a Patten, try this! Take your shoe off and put it into the Patten. Then, place your foot inside the shoe already inside the Patten.

3. Recommendation for shoes with delicate embellishments or details. We recommend carefully placing your shoes inside the Pattens. Then, place your foot inside the shoe.

4. Stretchy & durable. Pattens have stretch and are very durable. Do not be afraid of puncturing a Patten with the heel of a snug fitting shoe.

5. Check the length of the shoe and compare it to the length of a Patten.Shorter heels mean a longer shoe. It’s possible you may need to size up if you tend to wear heels less than 2.5 inches tall.

Pattens have passed testing and are considered to be non-slip and offer some tread on the sole. However, if you are wearing your Pattens on icy or wet surfaces, please use extreme caution. We cannot guarantee that Pattens will offer complete slip resistance.

Currently, we can ship to Canada, the U.K., Ireland and Luxembourg. For other countries, please send us an email at hello@pattenplace.com and we will be happy to assist you with your order. The cost of international shipping or returns/exchanges and any duties or tariffs imposed by your country are the responsibility of the customer.

We occasionally offer promotions to our customers. They are valid while supplies last, and for a limited time only. Most promotions have coupon codes that must be entered at checkout to receive the discount. Note that you can only use one coupon code at a time. If you forget enter a discount code at checkout reach out to hello@pattenplace.com within 24 hours of placing your order with the code you meant to use, and we will retroactively apply it to your order.
