Returns & Exchanges 

Domestic Orders:

You may return or exchange your unworn/unused item(s) in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving it. Patten Place offers free exchanges in the US. For returns, a fee of $7.95 will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping fees. Please note, expedited shipping fees will not be reimbursed. To initiate a return or exchange, simply email us here to start the process. We will provide you with a prepaid shipping label and send it to you via email.

Once you receive a shipping label, please ship the order back to us within 7 days of receiving the label. We will issue a refund to the original form of payment once we receive your unworn/unused goods with original packaging. If you have selected an exchange, we will send out the new order 1 to 3 days after your original order has been received by our warehouse. A quicker way to exchange is to place a new order and return the original item(s). 

International Orders:

Patten Place will gladly accept returns/exchanges within 30 days of your order date for unworn Pattens in their original packaging. Due to increased shipping rates, the initial shipping fee and all costs associated with a return or exchange are the responsibility of the customer. To initiate a return or exchange, please email us here. To expedite the exchange, you can place a new order and we will refund the second order once your original order has been received by us. Please note that all tariffs incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer. Once a return has been received by our warehouse, a refund will be issues, less the cost of shipping.
